         3P 2.54mm pitch input pin connector connected to DVD audio output pin connector via 3P flat cable, Toggle switch to switch between internal output and external output type.

5.Reliability test

5.1 High-Voltage resistance Test

At humidity of less then 85%, short circuit both input and output terminals, connecting high voltages 3500VAC, 60Hz for 60 seconds at constant current of less then 5mA. There are no phenomena of electronic breakdown or spark during the test.

5.2 Isolation resistance

      I/P-O/P: 100M Ohms / 500V DC

5.3 Frequency (Vibration test)

Subject this charger to 10 times vibration cycling at different direction, frequency of 10~55Hz and excursion of 0.35mm. Then re-check its appearance, insulating intensity, indication function and electrical functions. Surface should not have any hair side or mechanical damage, metal part no rusting, no electronic breakdown or spark, indication function and electrical function both normal.
